2. Submission of Information

- You agree to update us promptly if your business details change.
3. Publication of Listings
- Submitted information will be reviewed and, if accepted, published on the directory. Publication is at our sole discretion.
- We reserve the right to edit, refuse, or remove listings at any time, without notice, including for accuracy, legal, or quality reasons.
4. Intellectual Property & Permissions
- By submitting content (including business names, service descriptions, logos, and photos), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content in the directory.
- You warrant that you have the rights to submit all content and that it does not infringe the rights of others.
5. Liability & Indemnity
- We make no guarantee of enquiries, leads, or customers as a result of your listing.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any loss or damages arising from your listing or use of the directory.
- You agree to indemnify us against any claims relating to the information you provide.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved under New Zealand law.
